Design Process

 Design process is pretty simple, we have a consultation and that is $50. If you choose to have a design completed then the $50 fee goes towards the design. If you don't live within 30 miles of Denver then we will do everything remote or over email. There is know fee for out of state.

 Design cost ranges from $500 to $2000

Commercial or big properties cost may vary

This will include landscape design in full color or black and white.

It's an overall cost for my services  

Design is usually completed in a week and then we can go over changes and revisions which can be a spread out over time.

But either way I work with you till your satisfied with the design. 

Payment for design consists of up front payment.

If cost is over $2000 we can split payments into 2 at beginning and end.

Otherwise full payment required before any work begins.

I do have a standard contract stating all of this that will need to be signed before starting the design itself. 

I also have plenty of references if needed.
